- Speaker, 2009 InHOWse Conference, September 10-12 on “Tiering Systems: How to Align People, Processes and Priorities” in Washington DC
- Founding member, Texas Round-table for In-house Business Effectiveness (TRIBE), a regional forum of managers who share best practices and ideas on managing in-house creative organizations, 2008-present
