Cohen Miller consulted with Shoppers Drug Mart, Canada’s leading retailer of beauty, health and pharmacy products and services. We spent two and half days on-site to evaluate the current operational practices of the in-house creative team and make best-practice recommendations for operational changes. We also developed an action plan that would guide future implementation of our recommendations.
