Our tiering tool allows us to customize the tiering system specifically for you and your organization. We work with you - typically in a workshop that includes stakeholders from across the organization - to define criteria that determine how strategically important a particular initiative is to your company, and how complex it will be to design and execute materials to support that initiative. Once criteria for strategic importance and complexity are agreed upon, we construct a matrix that allows you to plug in actual projects, weight them based on the criteria, and determine accurate tiers of work.
